"Let's Go Fly a Kite"

In this adventure our brave heroes decided to take to the air. However, lacking wings or an airplane or even a fashionable blimp we chose the next best thing: cheap kites.

Next we set off in search of a suitable field from which to marvel in the wonders of flight. This led to a perilous journey through the woods. In which friends and foes alike where met along the forest path and the sound of foghorns was never distant from our minds.

After one was found I thought it would be fitting to start a round of "Let's Go Fly a Kite" from the classic movie Mary Poppins. Sadly however this just ended in me looking like a crazy person while Leroux looked on with typical Noor Face. This meaning she was either amused or thought I was an idiot. It's so hard to tell with Noors.

Any-who:
On this particular day the wind was gusting. Good kite flying conditions if you had a sturdy kite. Unfortunately we learned that the saying "you get what you pay for" proves true and had many a technical difficulty with our flying contraptions. Yet being of good spirit and stout of heart we persevered nonetheless and a joyous time was had by all.

Being the innovator she is, Leroux came up with the concept of flying a kite whilst lying in the soft green grass.

She has yet to perfect it however.

Thus ends another gripping tale of adventure and danger. What will we do next?

Chapter Two: In Which Ingreedo and Leroux have a very important thing to do

Last we left off, our two noble souls had finished off the mighty Ramen and conquered a mega-tree. After freshening up at the local pub (by which I mean ingesting cookies and milk), they continued on their quest. On this particular adventure, a dandy sidekick was acquired, a boy by the name of Thomas. The three put on their learning caps and watched an educational film about a loveable bear, as well as an inspiring documentary about the Loch Ness Monster.

The trio then traveled to a majestic bookstore, and a grand time was had by all, until tragedy struck! Good ol' Tommy Boy had lost his wallet! Huckleberry was distressed, but luckily there are no two better finders than Ingreedo and Leroux (except the hufflepuffs, but who the hell cares about the hufflepuffs?) Anywho, it seemed a mystery was afoot.

After much searching in places such as walmart, where clues are scarce and enemies are abundant, the mystery of the missing wallet was finally solved. Tom-Tom was so grateful to the girls he decided it was time to celebrate with a cheesecake. Sadly, no cheesecake was to be found.

But wait....

Being particularly good finders, (but still not hufflepuffs), the two noble souls made this appear too!

The girls bid farewell to their trusty steed Tom Riddle, and the adventurers settled down to dream of Russians and gingers and everything nice.

Ramen in the Rain and Getting Stuck in Trees.

On one monsoony day in July we decided to venture off through the gale with nothing but our wits and a bowl of Ramen.

Soon a tree was spotted and spontaneously climbed.

However after hearing a nearby roar of thunder it was agreed that a tree was probably not the safest/smartest place to watch a thunder storm. Thus it was vacated with some moments of being stuck.

And then the journey through the glorious downpour continued accompanied by the warm comfort of Ramen.
